摘要 目的 :测定江南越橘叶中氨基酸的含量。方法 :柱前衍生化高效液相色谱仪测定。结果 :总氨基酸含量为 1.74 %。结论 :江南越橘叶中含 Objective:The content of amion acid in leaves of Vaccinium mandarinorum Diels.Methods: HPLC was used to determine the contens of free amion acid.Result: Gross of free amion acid is 1.74%.Conclusion: Thereare thirteen kinds of amion acid in leaves of Vaccinium mandarinorum Diels.
