摘要
根据活塞失效模式的分析,对活塞材料、结构、加工制造技术等进行了研究,提高了DF11机车活塞运行可靠性。运行实践表明,现役DF11机车活塞能满足安全寿命的要求。
Based on the analyses of failure modes, the materials, structure and manufacturing technology of pistons have been studied so that the reliability of pistons for DF_(11) locomotives has been improved. Running tests have shown that the present pistons for DF_(11) locomotives can meet the reliable requirements of safety and service life.
