GaAs系列太阳电池是目前太空应用最广泛的电源,这一系列太阳电池已成为太阳电池领域的研究热点。介绍了GaAs太阳电池的研究历程和最新技术动态。
Solar cells of GaAs series are of the ones mostly, widely used in,and popularly known AM0ng,the areas relating to space,and has become a focus in researches to update the solar cells design.
