摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、铝粉、硼酸为主要原料,采用溶胶—凝胶和有机泡沫浸渍法的复合工艺制备网眼多孔SiO2基复合陶瓷载体。通过TG-DTA研究了试样在热处理过程中的物理化学变化;通过XRD、SEM扫描电镜研究了烧结体的物相组成及其显微组织。研究表明:烧结体以方石英为主要晶相,其次是莫来石;随Al2O3含量的增多,莫来石晶相逐渐增多;烧结体中不仅有许多宏观孔,宏观孔及孔壁中还分布着大量微孔,其微孔、晶粒大小分布比较均匀,最可几晶粒大小为3.27μm左右。
SiO2 based composite porous ceramic was prepared by compound processes of Sol-gel methodand dipping method with polymer foam. TEOS and aluminium powder were adopted to be main rawmaterials. The physical chemistry transformation, phase composition and microstructure of the as-preparedporous ceramic support were systematically characterized via TG-DTA, XRD and SEM. The results indicatethat cristobalite was major phase and mullite was minor phase in the sintered bodies. The more mullite wasproduced with the content of Al2O3 increased. Also, besides many macrostructural porosity developed , therewere lots of microstructural porosity in the pore wall and the macrostructures, and the size of porous diameterand crystal is distributed evenly. Its most probable size of crystal is about 3.27μm.
