摘要
二灰稳定砂砾应用于公路基层结构中,既可大大降低工程成本,还能避免因开采碎石造成的环境破坏.但其在实际应用中,存在着诸如对最大粒径的控制、离析现象、早期强度低等不易解决的实际问题,制约了在实际中的应用.研究中针对上述问题,在室内对比选方案进行了综合路用性能测试,并且在室内研究基础上,现场铺筑了8段二灰砂砾以及两段二灰碎石共10种试验路.针对二灰砂砾使用的天然砂砾在实际应用中的集料最大粒径的控制办法、适宜的最大粒径、减少离析的施工工艺控制、现场压实度测定等问题进行了系统研究;并且对试验路使用状况进行了跟踪调查,并对出现问题进行了分析.实践表明,通过对施工质量的良好控制,二灰砂砾是完全可以适应于高等级公路基层结构中.
Using LFAS in semi-rigid basement is not only economic but also beneficial to environment, because it don't need destroy mountains. But it exits several problems, such as how to control Ф(max) of sand, the separation-phenomenon,low strength , all of these limited the usefulness of LFAS. In this paper,by the synthesized-research of inner-experiments , laying 10 kinds of trail-road,including eight LFAS and two LFAG roads. And also doing research of how to control Ф(max) of sand, suitable Фmax, construction-control to reduce separation ,and the way to measure press-ratio precisely, etc. And also tracking the performance of the trial-road. Practicing proved ,by good construction-control, LFAS can be used in the basement layer of higher-level highway.
