摘要
随着中国经济飞速发展,城市机动化大趋势不可逆转.上海通过机动车牌照竞拍管理策略,有效地控制了机动车无序增长,本文在对该政策绩效分析的基础上建立了机动车发展控制模型,提出了城市交通政策量化控制指标的建议值.
The tendency of urban mechanization can't be reversed with rapid development of China economic. Since 2000 Shanghai had controlled automobile irregular increase successfully by automobile license tag auction. In this paper, base on appraising of the auction policy, a model for automobile increase was erected and a quantity guideline was suggested.
