高速公路监控系统图像传输的研究

Resarch into Picture Transmission in Expressway Surveillance System

高速公路作为经济运输的大动脉,其承担的运输量与我国经济和社会需求同步增长。为了提高高速公路的使用效率和行车安全,高速公路需要有先进的监控系统对其进行管理。随着计算机软硬件设备的高速发展,使得数字录像监控系统设备已经达到了对交通监控系统实际应用的要求,通过对交通管理进行实时、快速的视频监控能够极大的提高交通管理的效率。文章根据高速公路监控系统的实际应用情况,提出了如何选择传输介质和压缩技术,以实现高速公路监控系统的图像传输。

Expressway is the artery of the transportation for national economy. The traffic on expressway is getting heavier while our economy and social demand develop so quickly. In order to improve the efficiency and security on highway, it is necessary to have advanced monitoring and management system. Along with the quick development of computer software and hardware, the digital video monitoring system could be practically used as the traffic monitoring system. By quick, real time video frequency monitoring, the system dramatically improves the traffic management efficiency. Based on the actual application of expressway surveillance system, this paper puts forward how to select the transmission medium and compression technology to realize picture transmission in expressway surveillance system.
