摘要 针对铁路网的空车调整问题,提出了适用于铁道部、铁路局和铁路分局三级的分阶段优化模型。模型由接入空车分界点开始,按排空方向将路网节点划分入不同的阶段,按阶段以车公里数最小为目标,采用表上作业法逐一进行优化,从而得到整个路网的空车调整优化方案。 Regarding the problems in adjusting empty cars in railway network, this paper puts forward a phase by phase optimized model that is suitable for Ministry of Railway. Railway Administration and Railway Sub-administration. Starting from the boundary-point that receives the empty cars, it divides these cars into different phases according to their direction. Aiming to minimize the car~*km, it adopts the on-table calculating method to optimize one by one so as to obtain an optimized adjustment plan for whole network empty cars.
