煤炭供求形势及保障有效供给的设想

Supply & Demand Situations of Coal Industry and Assumption of Supply Guarantee

随着经济增长的加快,我国对煤炭的需求日趋旺盛,受供应、运输等诸多因素影响,2003年我国煤炭供应出现局部紧张局面。分析后认为,2004年我国煤炭市场仍然会保持总体平衡、局部紧张的格局。指出为保障煤炭有效供给,主要应采取三个方面的措施,一是加快大型煤炭基地建设,二是要加强现有煤炭生产能力的改造,三是要进一步深化煤炭流通体制改革。

Coal demand in China keeps a continuously increasing tendency due to the rapid growing economy. Meanwhile, coal supply in year 2003 turned to be intensity since limited supply ability and transport capability. China’s coal market in 2004 will still remain balance as a whole with a supply shortage in certain places. Proper measures should be taken to ensure coal supply with the accelerating development of large scale coal base construction and alteration of exiting coal production capability, as well as go deeper into the circulating system reform of coal industry.
