摘要
研究了苯乙烯 /丙烯腈 /马来酸酐共聚物 (SAM)增容剂对PA6/ABS合金的作用 ,结果表明 ,SAM能明显提高合金的力学性能 ,m (PA6) /m (ABS)为 60 / 40加入 4份SAM能使合金的冲击强度大于 10 0 0J/m ,拉伸延伸率明显提高 。
Styrene acrylonitrile maleic anhydride copolymers (SAM) were used as compatibilizers in the preparation of PA6/ABS alloys The results showed that there was a super toughening effect of SAM on PA6/ABS alloys The impact strength of PA6/ABS alloys came up to >1000J/m,inerased by 9 times, and the tensile elongation rate increased obviously as only 4 parts of SAM was added, which was usually defined as 'super toughening' level for PA6/ABS alloys
