摘要
聚氨酯为世界六大具有发展前途的合成材料之一,甲苯二异氰酸酯(Toluenediisocyanate简称TDI)由于其本身具有的优异性能和广泛用途已成为异氰酸酯化合物中应用广泛的品种之一。介绍了其主要的制备方法光气化法和非光气化法,并对TDI工业化生工艺过程做了简要介绍。
Polyurethane is one of the most development synthetic materials,bacause of its favorable behaveiour and extensive use,toluene diisocyanate(TDI)has been one of the most useful kinds of isocyanate.This article give a introducetion about the primary methods of preparation,phosgenation and imphosgenation,and introduces the industrialized production of toluene diisocyanate.
