摘要
目的 :对黄花倒水莲 (PolygalafallaxHemsl )的化学成分进行研究 ,为研究其药理活性提供物质基础。方法 :采用柱层析方法进行化合物分离 ,通过波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果 :从黄花倒水莲根甲醇提取物中分离得到 6个化合物 ,分别鉴定为豆甾 7,2 2 二烯 3 O β 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (stigmasta 7,2 2 dien 3 O β D glucopy ranoside) (Ⅰ ) ,远志皂苷 (tenuifolin) (Ⅱ ) ,reiniosideC(Ⅲ ) ,reiniosideA(Ⅳ ) ,豆甾 7,2 2 二烯 3 醇 (stigmasta 7,2 2 dien 3 ol) (Ⅴ )和araliacerebroside(Ⅵ )。结论 :除化合物Ⅲ外 ,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分得 ,药理实验表明
AIM: To investigate the bioactive constituents of Polygala fallax Hemsl. METHOD:Column chromatography was used for separation and purification.Spectral analysis was used for identification of their chemical structures. RESULT:Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as stigmasta 7,22 dien 3 O β D glucopyranoside(I),tenuifolin(Ⅱ),reinioside C(Ⅲ),reinioside A(Ⅳ),stigmasta 7,22 dien 3 ol(Ⅴ),and aralia cerebroside(Ⅵ). CONCLUSION: Except the compound Ⅲ,all the compounds were isolated from Polygala fallax Hemsl.for the first time.Pharmcological experiments showed that compound I and compound Ⅲ were active to bring down the sterol in the blood.
