多级闪蒸节流孔两相流特性研究

Study on two-phase flow characteristics of the orifice in MSF process

摘要 采用动态高速CCD成像和计算机图像处理技术对多级闪蒸节流孔两相流特性进行了测试。在单相流和两相流2种条件下,首次对U型弧底节流孔的流体力学和热力学性能进行了实验研究,和通用的平底节流孔进行了比较。对影响节流孔开度的主要因素液位高度、级间压差和流体流量进行了实测和分析,考察了不同闪蒸条件下U型弧底节流孔的开度变化规律和2种节流孔的闪蒸效果。结果表明,U型弧底节流孔具有更大的压降和更高的热力学效率。 The two-phase flow phenomena for the typical flat-base orifice plain tray orifice and the U-bottom one were studied experimentally with a dynamic high-speed CCD photographic measurement system in multi-stage flash(MSF) unit.In the single-phase and two-phase flow operation conditions,the hydrodynamic and thermodynamic performances of U-bottom orifice were studied (experimentally.)The results were compared with the general plain (orifice.)The relationship between volume flow,( pressure)drop,gate opening and the liquid level was discussed.(Under) different flash conditions,the characteristics of gate opening varying with the pressure drop for U-bottom (orifice) were tested,and the difference flashing (performance) for two-type orifice was obtained.It is shown that the U-bottom orifice has higher total pressure drop and (thermodynamic) efficiency.
