摘要 降钙素基因相关肽 (cal citoningene -velatdeclpeptide ,CGRP)为一种由 3 7个氨基酸组成的生物活性多肽 ,是迄今已知最强大的血管舒张肽 ,在疼痛感觉和调控中发挥着重要的作用。CGRP可能为偏头痛发作的重要因子 ,其在偏头痛病理过程中的作用 ,必将对该病的发病机制与治疗药物的开发具有重要的意义。 Calcitonin gene-relatd peptide(CGRP) was a biology activity polypeptide composed by 37 amino acid.It was the mightiest vein relaxation peptide heretofore.It exerted important action in ache sensation and regulation.CGMP might is a important factor in migraine outbreaking.To study its action in pathology of migraine would have important meaning to explore the disease's pathogenesis and druggery exploitation.
