Quality Control in Serial-Production of T/R Module for Solid State Active Phased Array Radar

产品质量控制及管理的好坏直接涉及到产品的可靠性。文中简单介绍了固态有源相控阵雷达T/R组件的特点、生产中质量控制现状。在此基础上 ,根据质量控制的基本原理以及T/R组件批生产的工艺流程 ,确定并设置了质量控制点 。

The reliability of the T/R module directly depends on its quality control in manufacturing. In this paper, both characteristics of T/R module and qualify control status at present in T/R module production are introduced. Based on this, according to the general principle of quality control and the process of T/R module manufacturing, quality control points are defined and set up. Besides, effective measures of how to improve quality of T/R modules in serial production are suggested.
