面神经炎急性期针刺的疗效对比观察

Comparative Study of the Curative Effect of Acupuncture on the Acute Stage of Facial Neuritis

目的 观察面神经炎急性期针刺治疗对病程和疗效的影响。方法 在面神经炎急性期 (发病首日至 1星期 )采用针刺健侧对应穴位治疗 ,随机设立对照组 (静脉给药加患侧 TDP照射 )。结果 针刺组在疗程上优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,疗效基本接近 ,但 3星期内痊愈率针刺组 (82 .6 % )高于对照组 (2 3.8% )。结论 面神经炎急性期针刺健侧可明显缩短疗程 ,提高疗效。

Purpose To investigate the influence of acupuncture on the disease duration and the curative effect in the acute stage of facial neuritis.Method In the acute stage (the first week of the attack) of facial neuritis, corresponding points on the healthy side were acupunctured. A control group (intravenous administration of drugs plus TDP radiation on the affected side) was set up.Results The course of treatment was shorter in the acupuncture group than in the control group ( P <0.01 ). The curative effects were similar but the cure rate during 3 weeks was higher in the acupuncture group ( 82.6% ) than in the control group ( 23.8% ).Conclusion Acupuncture on the healthy side in the acute stage of facial neuritis can obviously shorten the disease duration and improve the curative effect.
