纤维鼻咽喉镜检查对儿童鼻咽喉部疾病诊断的价值

Diagnostic value of the examination of fibre endoscope in children naso-pharyngo-laryngeal diseases

目的 探讨纤维鼻咽喉镜在儿童鼻咽喉疾病中的诊断价值。方法 对 2 7例儿童在表面麻醉下经鼻腔或经口腔进行纤维鼻咽喉镜的检查。结果 检查发现儿童鼻咽喉疾病中有腺样体肥大 8例、鼻咽炎 3例、急慢性喉炎 4例、声带小结 6例、声带息肉 3例、鼻咽癌 2例、气管切开后拔管困难 1例。结论 纤维鼻咽喉镜检查具有快速、痛苦小、准确、便于取活检等优点 。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the examination of fibre endoscope in children naso pharyngo laryngeal diseases.Methods 27 children were examined under surface anesthesia via nasal cavities or oral passages by fibre endoscope.Results The examinations found that there were adenoid enlargement (29.62%),nasopharyngitis (11.11%),acute and chronic laryngitis (14.81%),small node of vocal cord (22.22%),polypus of vocal cord (11.11%),naso pharyngeal carcinoma (7.41%) and difficult removing tube after teacheatomy (3.71%) in the disease of children.Conclusion The examination of fibre endoscope has important diagnostic value in children naso pharyngo laryngeal disease,with many advantages,such as quickness,accuracy for diagnosis and painless to patients.
