摘要
着重介绍了TF6非旋转测头测量倾斜孔的方法和理论依据。通过尝试在三坐标测量中二维找正与三维找正的交叉使用,依据二维找正旋转坐标轴的转换原理,计算出两个坐标系坐标轴元素的夹角,从而得到倾斜孔的角度。并以这个逻辑关系为思路编制了内燃机制造分公司生产的汽缸盖气门导管孔的自动测量程序。证明对于非旋转测头利用零件坐标系旋转也能进行角度测量。从而进一步扩大了三坐标的应用范围,提高了三坐标的精度等级。
This article focuses on the method of inspecting the oblique hole with TF6 non-rotated tool. By using the two and three dimensional coordinate system alternately and rotating the coordinate system on the 2D plane, calculate the angle between two coordinate axis and get the angle of the oblique hold. Using this method, work out the oblique hold in the cylinder cover inspection program. It shows that the non-notated tool can be used to inspect the angle hole in the spare coordinate system. The inspection capacity of the 3D coordinate measuring machine is expanded and the accuracy degree is improved.
