摘要人免疫缺陷病毒-1(HIV-1)感染的急性期,机体的免疫系统面临巨大的挑战,难以将病毒清除。对病毒入侵后急性前期机体免疫反应及与病毒相互作用的研究,能促进有效的抗病毒药物和疫苗的开发,对于艾滋病的防治将起到积极的作用。
