摘要
研究了基于多传感器信号的大型旋转机械振动状态的综合评价问题,提出了大型旋转机械健康状态的定量综合评价指标——健康度。提出了基于主成分分析理论和多传感器信息融合理论的健康度计算方法,该计算方法既考虑了单个传感器信号的幅值和频率分布的变化所反映的机组状态的变化,又考虑了各传感器信号的差异所反映的机组状态的变化。在此基础上,开发出了大型旋转机械振动状态的评价软件系统。
The theory based on multi-sensor information fusion for quantitative assessing vibration state of large capacity rotary machinery is studied. The concept of health degree is defined, which is used as a quantitative index for assessing health state of rotary machinery. On the basis of main component analysis theory and multi-sensor information fusion, a method for calculating health degree of rotary machinery is suggested. Not only the change in amplitude and spectrum of each single sensor signal, but also the deference among all sensor signals, which reflect state change of rotary machinery, are considered in this method . On the basis of theory study, a software system used for assessing vibration state of large capacity rotary machinery was developed. Figs 4, tables 3 and refs 3.
