白介素-10在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的作用

摘要
前炎症因子的释放是急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)发生和发展的主要因素之一 ,白介素 1 0可以抑制巨噬细胞等炎症细胞的活性 ,抑制前炎症因子的产生 ,从而对ARDS的发生和发展产生一定的作用 。
