摘要
将明胶用马来酸酐酰化后再与丙烯酸接枝共聚,制备了一种性能优良的阴离子明胶增强剂。研究了酰化条件和接枝共聚反应条件对阴离子明胶增强剂的性能及对麦草浆抄造纸页物理性能的影响。研究结果表明,在最佳合成条件下制备的阴离子明胶增强剂对漂白麦草浆有较好的增强作用。
The preparation of an anionic gelatin as paper reinforcer was studied in this paper, which was prepared from gelatin by amidation with maleic anhydride and grafting co-polymerization with acrylic acid. Meanwhile, the optimum conditions of reaction such as the concentration of gelatin, the reaction time, reaction temperature, as well as pH were obtained. At the same time, the application of the anionic gelatin in papermaking with wheat straw pulp was also studied.
