摘要
本文试图从人力资本与企业的合约性质、治理结构、所有权安排三个层面构建一个关于人力资本与企业所有权安排的理论框架 ,提出人力资本与企业所有权安排的发展趋势。
This paper establishes a theoretical framework of human capital and the arrangement of enterprise ownership from the following aspects — the characteristics of agreement between human capital and enterprises, the managerial structure and the arrangement of ownership. It further points out the trend of development in human resources and the arrangement of enterprise ownership.
