摘要
通过对浙江省苍南县龙港镇、平阳县鳌江镇6个农贸市场及20户小康家庭的消费调查,22种大宗、常见的养殖水产品消费认知度较高,被调查者人均年消费水产品约150kg,占食品消费总支出22.5%,并根据资料分析,提出大力发展水产养殖业加、工来保障水产品供给的对策。
By investigation on six farmer's markers and 20 families of Longgang Town, Cangnan County and Aojiang Town, Pingyang County, we gained consume cognition of 22 species of staple, common culture fishery products. The per capita annual amount of cultured fishery products is about 150kg, which occupies 22.5% of food consume expenditure. On data analysis, we put forward the suggestions on energetically developing agriculture and fish processing to safeguard the supply of fishery products.
