COX-2、VEGF在肺癌表达相关性的研究

Investigation of correlation between COX-2 and VEGF in lung cancer

目的 :探讨COX -2与VEGF在肺癌表达的临床意义及二者在肺癌浸润转移及与肿瘤血管生成的相关性。方法 :83例临床及预后资料完整的肺癌手术切除标本 ,研究COX -2、VEGF与MVD在不同肺癌临床分期、组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移的表达差别以及与性别、预后之间的关系。结果 :有淋巴结转移的肺癌COX -2、VEGF的表达及MVD计数要高于无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织 ,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。临床分期高的COX -2的表达、MVD计数要高于临床分期低的肺癌(P<0.05)。COX -2、VEGF的表达及MVD计数与患者的预后均呈负相关 ,并且COX -2的表达与CD34和VEGF的表达呈正相关。COX -2、VEGF的表达与肺癌的组织学类型无关。结论 :COX -2、VEGF及MVD三者在肿瘤血管生成及肿瘤浸润转移过程中可能起到协同作用 。

Objective:To investigate the significance of COX-2and VEGF expression and the correlation of them in lung cancer.Methods:To identify the differences of COX-2、VEGF、MVD expression in clinical classification and staging of in metastases、invision and angiogenˉesis in lung cancer.Tumors,histological classification of Tumors,weather with lymph node metastases and the correlation with sex and prognosis using specimens of83lung cancers with complete clinical and prognosis data were studied.Results:COX-2,VEGF expression and MVD counts are significantly higher in patients with high lymph node metastases than in those without metastases,(P<0.01).It is significant that COX-2expression and MVD counts are higher in high clinical stage than in low clinical stage(P<0.05).COX-2,VEGF expression and MVD counts are all negative relative with prognosis,while COX-2expression are positive relative with CD34and VEGF expression.COX-2,VEGFexpression are not correlated with histological classification of lung cancer.Conclusion:COX-2,VEGF and MVD are cooperate in tumor angiogenesis,invision and metastases in lung cancer.
