摘要
目的 :分析烤瓷熔附金属全冠不同厚度瓷的抗折裂强度 ,为临床牙体制备提供参考依据。方法 :用松风套装系列瓷粉及V.B钢。以5为标准 ,按常规方法铸造底及牙合面平行的钢代型 ,在代型上制作内冠 (0.3mm厚 )并在内冠上熔附0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4mm厚的金瓷全冠瓷层 (每组12个标本 ,共60个 ) ,将制成之金瓷冠以粘结剂粘结于代型上 ,至6mm直径钢球于牙合面中央 ,利用国产JWE -50型压力测试记忆0.1mm/min速度缓慢压力直至瓷崩裂 ,记录瓷裂时的压力值并作单因素方差分析。结果 :统计分析显示不同厚度瓷层之抗压强度无明显统计学差异 (P>0.05)。结论 :0.6~1.
Objective:To analyze the compressicve strength of different thick porcelain in porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns.Methods:Five groups of12porcelain-fused-to metal crowns with porcelain thicknesses ranging from0.6~1.4mm were fabricated according to the manufacture's instructions to fit8tapered steel clies(60in total)which were made from the rignt lower second promolar.The crowns were luted to the clies with the same cement and then tested for the compressive strength in an universal testing machine using a6mm0.1mm/min until fracture occurred.Each fracture load was recorded and the data were analysed using one-way ANOVA.Results:Statistical analysis indicated no statistically significant difference for the fracture strength of5different thick porcelains.Conclusion:The5different thick porcelains were of the sameload-carrying capacity.
