摘要 目的 :研究大豆异黄酮对体外培养原代大鼠成骨细胞增殖与分化的影响。方法 :采用新生大鼠颅骨分离培养成骨细胞 ,培养液中加入不同浓度的大豆异黄酮 ,以17- β 雌二醇 (E2)作为阳性对照组 ,测定细胞增殖情况、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)活性及骨钙素 (BGP)含量。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,大豆异黄酮可增加成骨细胞数量(P<0.01) ,提高细胞的ALP活性和BGP含量(P<0.01)。除ALP外 ,这些作用均低于E2(P<0.01)。结论 :大豆异黄酮可促进体外培养成骨细胞的增殖、分化 ,其作用与雌激素相似 。 Objective:To study the effect of soybean isoflavone on the proliferation and difˉferentiation of cultured rat osteoblast in vitro.Methods:Newborn rat calvarid osteoblastic cell were isolated and cultured with the medium containing soybean isoflavone.It was determined the proliferation,The ativity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and bone gla protein(BGP)of osˉteoblasts were.And these effects were compared with the positive medicines-17-βestradiol(E 2 ).Results:Compared with control,isoflavone could increase the quantity of osteoblasts(P<0.01).Isoflavone could elevate the activity of ALP and BGP level of osteoblasts(P<0.01).Except ALP,these effects were weaker than these of E 2 (P<0.01).Conclusion:Soybean isoflavone could promote proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts in vitro.These effects were similar to E 2 but weaker than these of E 2 .
