67例急性咽炎和慢性咽炎急性发作喉友喷剂治疗的疗效观察

A clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of houyou spray on 67 cases of acute pharyngitis and acute attack of chronic pharyngitis

目的 :观察急性咽炎和慢性咽炎急性发作的喉友口腔喷剂治疗效果。方法:治疗组67例 ,单纯使用喉友口腔喷剂治疗1周 ;对照组43例 ,口服阿莫西林1周。分别于用药1周后观察其临床改变,3个月后随访。结果:治疗组治愈23.88% ,显效20.89 % ,有效44.78% ,无效10.45 % ,总有效率89.55 % ;对照组治愈62.79 % ,显效20.93% ,有效9.30 % ,无效6.98 % ,总有效率93.02 %。差异无显著性意义 (P>0.05)。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Houyou Spray(HS)on acute pharyngitis and acute attack of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:67cases in treating group(TG)were treated simply with HY for one week while43cases in controlling group(CG)were treated with capsule Amoxillin,also for one week.Then,all the case were reexamined at one week and one month following the beginning of therapy respectively during the following up periˉod.Results:The curative rate is23.88%,significantly effective rate is20.89%,effective rate is44.78%and ineffective rate is10.45%for TG,with a total effective rate of89.55%.In contrast,these rates are62.79%,20.93%,9.30%,6.98%respectively for Amoxillin,with a total effective rate of93.02%.Here,the difference is not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:HS is very effective for the treatment of acute pharyngitis and acute attack of chronic pharyngitis.
