中药材百合质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Lily

目的 :建立中药材百合质量标准。方法 :按 2 0 0 0版《中国药典》附录IXH水分测定法第一法、附录IXK灰分测定法、附录XA浸出物测定法对中药材百合的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物等质量方面进行了较为全面和系统的研究。结果 :测得 2 8个中药材百合的水分平均含量为 10 .5 9% ;总灰分平均含量为 2 .93% ;酸不溶性灰分平均值为 0 .12 % ;冷浸法水溶性浸出物量平均值为 2 0 .5 1% ;70 %乙醇浸出物量平均值为 11.96 %。结论 :中药材百合的质量标准是含水量以不得超过 12 .0 0 % ,总灰分不得高于 3.5 0 % ,酸不溶性灰分不得高于 0 .30 % ,冷浸法水溶性浸出物量不得低于18.0 0 % ,70 %乙醇浸出物量不得低于 9.0 0 %为宜。

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Lily. Methods: The moist, accumulated ash, acid insoluble ash, water soluble extraction, ethanol soluble extraction in Lily were studied according to the related determination method in supplemen of China Pharmacopeia. Results: The average moist content of 28 kinds of Lily product was 10.59%; The average content of accumulated ash was 2.93%; Acid insoluble ash was 0.12%; The average content of water soluble extraction was 20.51% by cold dip; The average content of 70% ethanol soluble extraction was 11.96%. Conclusion: The moist content of Lily was 12.00%; The content of accumulated ash should not less than 3.50%; Acid insoluble ash should not less than 0.30%; The content of water soluble extraction should not less than 18.00% by cold dip; The content of 70% ethanol soluble extraction should not less than 9.00%.
