随着金融创新的层出不穷 ,金融体制正在由分业经营走向混业经营 ,金融控股公司成了这一进程中实现混业经营的重要组织形态。金融控股公司与一般控股公司相比 ,有其自身的经营优势 ,但同时也给金融监管带来了新的问题。我国应构建以商业银行为主体的金融控股公司 。

With vigorous financial innovation, financial regime is changing from segregation of business to blending of business, and financial holding companies are an important organizational form to realize blending of financial operation. Compared to ordinary holding companies, they have operation advantages of their own, which are, however, bringing new problems for financial regulation. Financial holding companies taking commercial banks as main body in China are to be constructed and effective regulation system for financial holding companies is to be built.
