应用曲马多不同给药剂量对术后镇痛效果观察

Study on Analgesia Effect after Operation with Varied Dosage of TRAMADOL

目的 研究不同剂量曲马多对术后镇痛的效果。方法 选择胃大部分切除术后病人 90例 ,分成3组 ,Ⅰ组给曲马多 0 2mg/ (kg·h) ;Ⅱ组给曲马多 0 2 5mg/ (kg·h) ;Ⅲ组给曲马多 0 3mg/ (kg·h)。观察镇痛、镇静、总药量使用时间和SaO2 、HR、BP及RR等客观指标。结果 在 3组中随曲马多药量增多VAS评分呈下降趋势 ,提示镇痛效果增强 ,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较有显著差异。结论 曲马多有效减轻术后疼痛效果0 2 5mg/ (kg·h)和 0 3mg/ (kg·h)的镇痛效果明显优于 0 2mg/ (kg·h)。建议应用 0 2 5mg/ (kg·h)

Objective To study the analgesia effect after operation with varied dosage of TRAMADOL. Methods 90 cases of gastrectomy patient were divided into three groups. Group Ⅰ was treated with 0.2 mg and group Ⅱ was treated with 0.25 mg and group Ⅲ was treated with 0.3 mg. The analgesia effect, Sao HR, BP and RR were observed. Results The VAS score was decreased with increasing dosage of TRAMADOL and with strengthen analgesia effect. Conclusion TRAMADOL could have relieve pain after operation effectively.
