Treatment of Primary Dilated Myocadiopathy Combined with Heart Failure and Thrombosis at Left Ventricle

目的 总结原发性扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭、左室附壁血栓的治疗措施与疗效。方法 分析 1例典型病例的临床特点 ,治疗经过及预后。结果 心力衰竭获得有效控制 ,临床症状缓解。结论 原发性扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭、左室附壁血栓虽属少见重症 。

Objective To summarize the treatment method and curative effect of primary dilated myocadiopathy (PDM) combined with heart failure (HF) and thrombosis at left ventricle. Methods The clinical data of a typical case was analyzed. Results The heart failure was controlled effectively and clinical symptom was remission. Conclusion The treatment for heart failure and thrombolysis could be effective for such disease even though it was seldom seen in clinic.
