摘要 结合矿井通风系统中通风机分支系统实际 ,依据可靠性工程理论中 Markov过程理论及相关知识 ,探讨了矿井通风机系统可靠性分析的新方法 ;推导出了通风机系统的可靠度及首次故障前平均寿命的计算公式 ;结合现场实际 ,进行了实例验证 ;根据通风机系统可靠性各项主要指标数据 ,分析了影响通风机系统可靠性的因素。为现场通风技术管理人员进一步掌握矿井通风机的可靠性运行状况提供了参考依据。 In this paper, the author introduced his comprehensive research on the practice of coal mine ventilation, the part of mine ventilation system, by doing data analyses of the running status of the main venting systems. According to Markov process theory with its correlation theory in reliability engineering, the author takes the synthetic ventilation subsystem as a parallel connection system consisting of two ventilators of the same and a reparative team. As a result, the new method about the mine main ventilation system reliability has been discussed consequently. In the paper, the author has deduced the calculation formula of main venting system's reliable degree and then the Mean Time between the Failures First (MTBFF) by the theory of the reliability. At the same time, the author has combined the reality at the scene carried on the living example verification. Based on all the major quoted data of mine ventilating system reliability, the author has analyzed all the influential factors on it. In so doing, the paper is now able to provided necessary reference data for the ventilation technology managers who are working at the mining spots and want to make clear all the chief reliable ventilating operating conditions.
