摘要
为了及时有效地监测与控制危险环境中的易燃易爆危险品 ,设计并组建了实验室条件下模拟监控应用系统 ,通过组态软件完成实时监测与控制。对模拟试验中数据处理方法和参数设计也进行了相关研究。
The present paper is inclined to introduce a simulative supervisory control system designed and organized by using some supervised objects in an inflammable and explosive hazardous environment to monitor timely and efficiently the burning dangerous goods in the above situations. The said real-time monitor and control are accomplished by using configuration software with the corresponding data processing methods and mark representation developed through simulated experiments. The analogue monitoring system has been proved to be sufficient for the real-time need in the given dangerous environment by providing fine software interface and compact program module. In addition, the data processing algorithm introduced in the paper has succeeded in excluding outside disturbance. Thus, comparing the warning record with the real-time monitoring system, the error action rate of executing machine can be controlled at accuracy within 1 percent. The function of the system can also been expanded by adding more available facilities. For example, the analog signal can be extended to as many as 32 routes while the digital signal-to 16 routes. It can be certain that the configuration of signaling control will be multiplied to more than 64 spots in the future application.
