摘要
弹药在长期储存过程中 ,受储存环境影响 ,其装药会发生缓慢的分解、水解反应 ,产生易燃易爆及有害气体。为深入研究弹药在密闭过程中有害气体对弹药库房及人员可能造成的危害 ,对弹药库房密闭期间产生的有毒、有害及可燃气体成分作定性和定量检测 ,深入分析影响弹药安全和人员身体健康的有害气体的测试结果。
This article is aimed at introducing the author's study and analysis of the poisonous gases caused by the decomposition and hydrolysis reaction in the long- term course of windtight ammunition's storage in the windtight depots. As is known, due to the long-term storage of ammunition, decomposition and hydrolysis reaction would take place naturally, though the process may go very slowly, even without being noticed because of the environmental factors. As a result, some kind of poisonous gas would be caused, which is often harmful to people's health, particularly to the workers in the depot. To solve the problem, the author has focused his research on making a series of qualitative and qualitative analysis and examination of all the likely-to-be-produced harmful poisonous gases, such as CO, SO_2, benzene category gases. Further research goes on with the determination of the respective amounts of content of the poisonous gases with special attention being paid to the likely consequences such poisonous gases may bring about and the likely risk to the security of the ammunition's further storage. The results of our analysis indicate that the propellant's decomposition is the principal source of the poisonous gases in the depot. If tested in accordance with the national standards with dangerous goods storage, poisonous gases (CO, SO_2, benzene category) in depot are likely to go beyond the national standard, but it is impossible to cause any ignition, explosion or fire unhappenings.
