伊拉克战争的硝烟已经散尽。伊拉克战争充分反映了布什政府在处理涉及到美国利益方面的五个需要原则,体现了美国的"单边主义"政策已经达到了更为深刻的程度,但美国的"单边主义"政策的实施并不能改变世界多极化、全球化的趋势,只不过这种"单边主义"政策为世界的和平与稳定又增添了一定的不确定因素。
The Iraq War launched by the U.S.A and the U.K is over now, this war reflects the Five-requirements rule of which the Bush government conducts the relative American profit, it also reflects that the American Unilateralism policy has reached the more profound degree. But the implement of the American unilateralism policy cannot change the tendency of the globalization in the world, no more than this policy will bring the uncertain factor for the peace and stability in the world.
