It is one of the main themes of the reform on higher education to develop and expand the human spirits and to strengthen the education. The purpose of this article is to use for basis on theory on reviving and advancing the education of humanities in universities. The article analyses the university ideology, then expatiates the connotation of human education at first, then discourses upon the function of human education .
