现阶段,全面建设小康社会是我国社会主义发展目标。为此,在社会主义市场经济坚持"效率优先、兼顾公平"分配原则的前提下,同时要注重效率与公平的协调发展。这就需要以健全的动力机制确保效率,以健全的稳定机制实现公平。

At present,it is an aim of development for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,it is necessary to persist in the distribution system of 'giving priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness'under the system of socialist market economy,and at the same time to pay attention to the balanced development between them,which means the impetus mechanisms should be improved for efficiency and a stable system should be strengthened for fairness.
