Bao Yun pagoda is a famous buddhist pagoda in Hengshui.Its history can be traced back to the Sui Dynasty of 1300 year ago when the Buddhism was popular.The building style of the pagoda embodies the pagoda building characteristics of Sui Tang as well as Song Dynasty.The pagoda has gone through the wind and rain and war for a thousand years,which has fully embodied the building standard and consummate building skill of our country in ancient times.The legend of that pagoda shows the traditional virtue of Hengshui people-favoring justice and honesty and hating evil and fraudulence.
