在英语新课程中,学科教学的目标是要以人的发展为本,服从、服务于人的全面健康发展。教师角色的转变是建立良好师生关系的基础,也是完成这一目标的关键。教师不仅仅应是平等的合作者和谦虚的倾听者,而且应是真诚的赏识者、帮助者和引导者,同时也应该成为学生学习的促进者。

In new English Curriculum,teaching should be aimed at the all-round development of the students. The changes of teachers'role are not only very important to the building of a good relationship between students and teachers,but also a key point in the realization of this aim.Not only should the teacher be a good cooperator,a patient listener,but also a sincere appreciator and a director and a promoter of the students in their study as well.
