摘要
从住房抵押贷款证券化的迫切性入手 ,通过对我国现阶段实施住房抵押贷款证券化存在障碍的分析 ,力求探索出有中国特色的住房抵押贷款证券化模式。
Starting from a discussion of the urgency for the housing mortgage loan securitilization, this paper analyzes the barriers for its realization in China at the present stage and tries to develop a mode with Chinese characteristics for the implementation of housing mortgage loan securitilization in China.
