从个人住房贷款流程看国有商业银行的改革

ON THE REFORM OF STATE-OWNED COMMERCIAL BANKS——A CASE STUDY OF PERSONAL HOUSING LOAN

以 3万元 5年期的个人住房贷款为案例 ,对我国国有商业银行现有的经营体制进行了深入分析。分析认为 ,在个人贷款业务中 ,“惜贷”和“拒贷”现象非常严重 ,银行经营僵化。因此 ,在剖析银行放贷经营缺陷的基础上 ,提出相应的改进措施 ,以求有助于国有商业银行的进一步改革。

Taking personal housing loan for example, this paper analyzes the management system of state-owned commercial banks in China. In the process of personal loan management, the phenomena of ”grudging loan” and ”refusing” seem to be present in many places, indicating a rigid managing style. Based on an analysis of the existing defects in the loan procedure, the author puts forward several countermeasures for helping the new reform of state-owned commercial banks.
