试论中国农业可持续发展的助推器——农业信息化

THE PROPELLER FOR THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA'S AGRICULTURE——ON AGRICULTURAL INFORMATIONIZATION

由农业现代化走向农业信息化、由现代农业走向信息农业将是我国农业发展的必由之路。本文以农业信息化为题 ,探讨了我国农业信息化的历史背景和经济原因 ,我国农业信息化发展中存在的问题以及发展我国农业信息化的对策建议 ,提出了农民文化素质的改造是发展我国农业信息化的前提 ,分步骤分区域逐步实施是发展我国农业信息化的关键 ,以及如何构建具有中国特色的农业信息产业体系等问题。

This paper, focusing on the necessity and the importance of information in agriculture, analyzes the historical background and the economic factors for agricultural informationization in China, points out the existing problems in its development and puts forward some proposals for their solution. It holds that the improvement of farmers’ educational and cultural quality is the prerequisite for the realization of an information-based agriculture and that its step-by-step and region-by-region implementation is the key link. Finally, it discusses how to construct a system of agricultural information industry with Chinese characteristics.
