农业院校大学生就业全程化教育调查及对策思考

INVESTIGATION OF WHOLE-COURSE EMPLOYMENT EDUCATION FOR COLLEGE GRADUATES AND MEASURES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WORK

随着我国高等教育的不断发展 ,大学生就业率的高低和就业质量的好坏已作为衡量高校办学质量的一个重要指标 ,如何提高就业率 ,加强对大学生就业全程化教育和指导具有十分重要的作用。通过对我校部分专业毕业生的就业观念等因子的调查分析 ,对加强大学生就业全程化教育的对策进行了探讨。

Accompanied by unceasing development of higher education, college graduate employment rate and quality have been regarded as an important index in the estimation of the quality of institutions of higher education. It is of great importance to improve employment rate and to reinforce whole-course education and guidance to the students. This paper reports the results of an investigation of employment-related factors among students of a few majors and discusses the possible countermeasures for the reinforcement of the job.
