摘要
现代管理强调"以人为本",管好人,用好人是管理的核心。我们要管好人,用好人,首先必须了解人。对人、对事的社会知觉不同,管理策略和方法就存在着相当大的差异。本文主要探讨社会知觉的偏见在正确处理管理过程中人与人,人与组织之间的关系的现实意义。
The fact that human beings are the basic factors have been empty sized by modern management, the core of management is to make good use of people's abilities and keep them under control. If we want to do that, we must understand people first,since everyone has different social consciousness about people and about tactics and ways of management. This article mainly discusses the realistic meaning that how to deal with the relationship of people and organizations with the prejudice of the social consciousness.
