为了适应新形势发展的要求,探索新形势下思想政治宣传的领导体制,本文通过界定思想政治宣传领导体制的内涵,阐述新形势下加强思想政治宣传领导工作的时代意义和要求,建立起与新形势相适应的思想政治宣传领导体制。

In order to meet the requirements for the development of new situation, exploring the leading system for thoughts and politics publicizing under the new situation, through defining the meaning of the leading system for thoughts and politics publicizing, the time significance and requirements of strengthening thoughts and politics publicizing leading work under new situation, and also establishing the adaptive leading system for thoughts and politics publicizing are expounded in this paper.
