摘要
从执政党的领导本质、领导职能、价值目标、评价标准4个方面,论述了"三个代表"思想是新时期执政党领导理论的再创新。
In the article, from leading natures, leading functions, value aims and evaluating standards of the party in power, the author testifies that the Three Representations are the recreation of its leading theory.
