中国商务伦理的发展与商务伦理对话机制

Development of Business Ethics in China and Dialogue System

分析了伦理的不同建构方法,认为针对中国经济变革的现实,中国商务伦理发展最需要的是过程性方法。由于中国传统道德和社会主义道德在过程性方法上的不足,因此建立中国商务伦理对话机制,对平衡社会冲突和满足经济变革中的伦理要求十分必要。确认不同主体的话语权,遵循一定的话语规则,应用论证性的话语内容,确保大众媒体话语权空间,建立类似于伦理委员会的对话自治组织,是建立有效的商务伦理对话机制的关键因素。

The article analyzes different developing approach to ethics,thinking that to counter the reality of Chinese economic reform developing Chinese business ethics requires 'process approach'.Because insufficient approaches of Chinese tradition ethics and socialism ethics,it is imperative that constructing Chinese business ethics dialogue system to balance social conflict and meet ethics needs during economic transform.In order to construct Chinese business ethics dialogue system and insure it effect,we must affirm the rights of dialogue to different groups,follow some rules during dialogue.The content of dialogue must be'argument mode',people will be given some freedom of dialogue rights in masses media,and we also found ethics autonomy organization such as ethics connittee.
