摘要
通过对我国的行政赔偿程序进行分析,同时参照其他国家的经验提炼出采取该程序的法律价值,来反思我国的行政赔偿程序所追求的价值,最终对其修改提出建议。
In this article, the author makes an analysis of the administrative reparation process in our country.Consulting the experiences in other countries,and extracts the law value of this sort of process as a help to the administrative reparation process in China.Finally,the author proposes some suggestions.
