摘要
网络交易在给人们带来迅捷与效率的同时,也引发了不少新问题。通过分析网络服务提供商与网络交易双方的法律关系,得出其法律责任,并最终明确了其在网络交易中的法律地位。
Internet trading causes quite a few new problems while it brings rapidity and efficiency at the same time. The article analyzes the law relationship between ISP and parties of the deal and concludes the liabilities of ISP before defining the legal status of ISP in the Internet trading.
